The ceremony is about you, but the person telling your story matters too.
Hi, I’m Erin — your wedding celebrant in Italy.
I believe the best wedding ceremonies don’t sound like anyone else’s. They sound like you.
I’ve been living my Italian dream for fourteen years. After studying Education and Italian at university, I moved to Milan to teach English, eventually making my way through Lombardy and on to Tuscany.
My background in teaching gave me many of the skills I now bring to wedding ceremonies: a love of storytelling, a natural ease with public speaking, and the ability to take lots of ideas and turn them into something clear, engaging and meaningful. And, of course, speaking Italian has given me an especially deep connection to the country I now call home.
My journey as a wedding celebrant began when my best friend asked me to write and lead her wedding ceremony. I loved every part of it and before long, other couples were asking me to do the same for them.
Today, I love getting to know the people behind the wedding. I want to hear how you met, what makes you laugh together, what you’ve overcome, and all the little things that make your relationship uniquely yours. Then I turn those stories into a ceremony that feels authentic to you, not something that could belong to any couple.
I’m a hopeless romantic at heart, and there’s nothing I love more than bringing a couple’s story to life in the timeless beauty of Italy.
